just wanted to say a big "Thank You" for
you kind hospitality while at the Hotel Four Points.
I have been away from home for two weeks on business
and sometimes it can be a little lonely. This is
not the case when I am at the Hotel Four Points.
After working all day, from the moment I walk through
the door I am greeted by your doorman and he always
has a smile in fact all of your staff at the reception
are outstanding.
Then
I go to the dining room. Everyone there works so
hard although I do think you may need some additional
staff if your the Restaurant is always so busy...
The food is fantastic and your own selection of
wines from the Caseo Agricola Vinyard are among
the best Italian wines I have ever tasted - honestly!
In the morning I sit down to breakfast and within
a matter of 30 seconds (average time) I am asked
if I would like a cappuccino... my answer is inevitably
"Si Grazie", the breakfast is wonderful
and the buffet is particularly pretty.
Everytime
I come back to the Hotel Four Points I see improvements
to the hotel. I go to work in the morning and when
I come back the marble floor in the reception has
been polished, the flowers watered and the staff
in the reception are always pristine. All the improvements
are due to your driving vision which has continued
year after year. Thank

Mr Carugatti, we very much enjoyed our stay at your
hotel during our recent trip to Milan. Your location
within walking distance of the Metro Stop and Main
Railway station made our visits to the Church of
Santa Marie delle Grazie and the Duomo very convenient.
We also appreciate
the friendly, courteous and helpful attention from
your entire hotel staff, especially the waiters
in your restaurant. Their exceptional service and
great sense of humour added enjoyment to the great
food on offer. Thank you
