We are happy to announce that Four Points by Sheraton Milan had almost perfect scores in all the Brand Health categories, with scores such as 99 in Welfare & Security and we also managed to enroll 39% of guests to SPG, thanks to the great efforts the team made to enroll guests using the hotel’s F&B outlets.
We got the GEI (Guest Experience Index) target of 8.20, as well as we got the third place as Starwood EAME Franchised Hotel of the Year award 2015.

The hotel is a 5 minute walk from the Centrale train station, and a few klms from the centre of town. It is modern and well appointed, with excellent staff service and good breakfast.
The SPG room was very good, everything worked well and there was plenty of room. The SPG rooms are larger than the standard rooms - so I'd suggest upgrading.
