We are happy to announce that Four Points by Sheraton Milan had almost perfect scores in all the Brand Health categories, with scores such as 99 in Welfare & Security and we also managed to enroll 39% of guests to SPG, thanks to the great efforts the team made to enroll guests using the hotel’s F&B outlets.
We got the GEI (Guest Experience Index) target of 8.20, as well as we got the third place as Starwood EAME Franchised Hotel of the Year award 2015.

Having stayed at the FourPoints for business, I expected this hotel to meet the basic requirements of a hotel. The Milan Four Point exceeded those expectations with the facilities , the breakfast and customer service. The room had a great multi-head shower and it was a quiet location but within a block to the Metro subway. The icing on the cake was the Handy Smartphone that is provided in each room. It has free local and US calling , has a data plan for browsing the internet and GPS. It was such a great tool to have in a foreign city where we didn't have a data plan. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone just for that phone.
