We are happy to announce that Four Points by Sheraton Milan had almost perfect scores in all the Brand Health categories, with scores such as 99 in Welfare & Security and we also managed to enroll 39% of guests to SPG, thanks to the great efforts the team made to enroll guests using the hotel’s F&B outlets.
We got the GEI (Guest Experience Index) target of 8.20, as well as we got the third place as Starwood EAME Franchised Hotel of the Year award 2015.

I have stayed here many times on business, and last week I stayed with my wife while on vacation. We found the staff extraordinarily attentive and eager to be of assistance, especially the folks at the front desk. They helped to make our stay in Milano a real pleasure. The breakfast buffet is luxurious and the beds comfortable. Transportation is readily available, both the subway and the national train network at nearby Central Station.
