In the context of Starwood goals, we are happy to announce that Four Points by Sheraton Milan received important results in 2015.
We got the GEI (Guest Experience Index) target of 8.20.
We had almost perfect scores in all the Brand Health categories, with scores such as 99 in Welfare & Security and we also managed to enroll 39% of guests to SPG, also thanks to the great efforts the team made to enroll guests using the hotel’s F&B outlets.
We got the third place as Starwood EAME Franchised Hotel of the Year award 2015 and a congratulation letter from the Starwood EAME President Micheal Wale.

We stayed at the 4 points in Milan for it's proximitiy to the Train station. Found that to be a quick path to the Monza train & shuttle for the F1.
While there discovered others were there as per various bus tours to the F1. They agreed with us as to how convenient to the F1 this hotel was, as well at the high level of quality.
Found the front desk and food/wine service to be above expectations. Friendly staff who recognized us immediately after the first day and made us feel at home. Often remembering who we were and what we liked. Able to joke and have a relaxing cnversation with the staff during dinner. Made us feel very comfortable. Definitely recommend this hotel to others.
It is close to the Train and Metro, so quick and easy to everything.
