2015 Starwood scores
In the context of Starwood goals, we are happy to announce that Four Points by Sheraton Milan received important results in 2015.
We got the GEI (Guest Experience Index) target of 8.20.
We had almost perfect scores in all the Brand Health categories, with scores such as 99 in Welfare & Security and we also managed to enroll 39% of guests to SPG, also thanks to the great efforts the team made to enroll guests using the hotel’s F&B outlets.
We got the third place as Starwood EAME Franchised Hotel of the Year award 2015 and a congratulation letter from the Starwood EAME President Micheal Wale.
TripAdvisor, Booking.com, Hotels.com and Holiday Check decided to reward our commitment to guests and we are very pleased to share with you our valuable results with the promise to continue to always provide high quality services.

The hotel has a lovely entrance and the staff there are so friendly and helpful. In addition, the breakfast was great and the room is roomy, clean and modern. It was an amazing surprise also when I see a handy smartphone in the room for me to use for FREE! I can take the phone out as it has FREE unlimited Wi-Fi, unlimited local calls and IDD to my hometown in Asia! The city guides really made my business trip fun as it highlight key places to go, eat and shop!
I will always come back to Four Point Milan :)
